I have worked in various domains, making it impractical to list them all. To provide a glimpse of my expertise, I am choosing three pieces of work and presenting them in a three- bucket concept – Top Line, Bottom Line, and Financial Core Systems; this illustrates how a company's operations can be structured. Top Line Related
My experience focuses on the top line of the company through the Go-To-Market of the insurance business in Asia Pacific and Japan. Acted as business development personnel as well as the subject matter expert (SME) for the region. Collected requirements, researched, provided solutions, wrote up RFIs, RFPs, proposals, prepared presentations, and collaborated on partnership opportunities inside and outside the company. Acted as the SME in the region to provide guidance and recommendations, covering industry trends, innovations, industrial standards, and practices.

Impact >> Applied a Trojan Horse Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy to secure 3 high-value clients & resulting in 7 potential leads across diverse products.

Operations Related
Responsible for Regional Operations work for Asia Pacific and providing regional support to 9 countries for their Operational Efficiency Initiatives and to build capacity for growth in all business units based on operational assessments that reviewed process inefficiencies, automation, productivity, and error/re-work rate. Identified improvements and automation opportunities and provided a cost-benefit analysis to management. Also served as the regional project manager for a couple of regional initiatives.

Core Systems Architecture
More than a decade of technical experience working in IT/consultancy teams providing systems and business analytical skills, demonstrated expertise in project management, system implementation, system controls & testing in the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Worked on numerous global core system implementations across all facets of the SDLC, including system implementations, system analysis, and database-related subjects. The projects involved customisation, new implementations, and conversions.
